This course is directed towards individuals who wish to expand their basic handgun knowledge and take handgun shooting technique to the next level. Ideally, individuals will have a basic knowledge of handgun safety, firearms, ammo and range etiquette. The course will cover many topics and shooting exercises geared towards educating students on self-defense, preparedness and efficiency. Unlike the basic handgun and concealed carry course, the advanced course consists of less classroom time and more range time.

Range drills consisting of teaching proper on the move shooting, barricade usage, point shooting, speed and accuracy drills, timed drills, one-handed mag changes and much more..

Required: Firearm (one you have experience shooting), holster (fits your firearm), mag holster, at least two magazines, and at least 200 rounds of caliber specific, quality ammo.
Ammo, eye protection and ear protection is available for purchase at the store if needed.
Classroom time averages roughly 2 hours, range time averages between 3 - 3 1/2 hours dependent upon how well students grasp information, questions, and student attendance.
This class takes place at Dragonman's Shooting Range. Students will be met inside and directed where to go from here.
